Air Filtration Systems
Air filtration and cooling play a big role in how well any machine performs, and energy saving is now a must for every industry. Contaminated air, moisture and dust reduce performance across the board. In diesel and gas engines, dirty intake air lowers efficiency and increases fuel consumption.
We design and supply complete filtration systems with pre and post sales technical support, starting with a survey of your site, system requirements and operating conditions.
GI Duct Work
We fabricate and install galvanised iron ducting for HVAC, fresh air and exhaust systems in factories, commercial buildings and plant rooms.
Ducts are made to drawing or to site measurement and come with matching grills, diffusers, volume control dampers and louvers, so the full air distribution package comes from one supplier.
Glass Wool & Rock Wool Insulation
Thermal insulation for pipes, ducts, tanks and process equipment using glass wool and rock wool, finished with cladding to suit the site.
Good insulation keeps heat where it belongs, protects workers from hot surfaces and cuts energy losses in the plant.
Ventilation & Cooling
To support proper filtration we also manufacture heavy duty ventilation fans: direct axial fans, belt drive fans, industrial and agricultural exhaust fans, and ventilation blowers.
For hot production halls we supply local and imported evaporative air coolers and build cooling chambers with blowers sized for the space.
Repair & Maintenance with Belzona
Our engineering facilities handle major equipment repair and maintenance work. We are the sole distributor of the world renowned Belzona Polymeric range.
Belzona Polymerics Ltd. is a UK based multinational and a world leader in conserving man-made resources, with over 50 years of experience. Their advanced molecular polymers are used by industrialists worldwide to repair, rebuild and protect machinery.
Instead of buying a new machine or part, you can often rebuild or repair it with Belzona. That extends the life of the part and lowers operating cost. Belzona products are also used as preventive and protective coatings for expensive equipment.
Steel Structure Fabrication & Piping
Responding to industry demand, General Air Tech now works in steel fabrication and piping. We have served captive and IPP power plants with erection and fabrication of steel structures and piping layouts, following international piping codes and standards such as ASTM and ASME/ANSI.
We have also worked with different companies on the fabrication and erection of communication towers for mobile networks.
